Body Intuition

You’ve thought it through.
But what do you actually want?

When every option makes sense on paper…

More thinking does not always bring more clarity.

In a private Body Intuition session, we slow things down and explore what happens in your body as you consider different possibilities. You learn to notice your internal responses more clearly, understand what may be influencing them, and recognize what genuinely fits you.

Another Way to Approach a Decision

You can research the options, weigh the pros and cons, ask people you trust, and imagine every possible outcome.

Sometimes that gives you a clear answer.

But sometimes two or more choices make sense, and the more you think about them, the less certain you become.

That is where Body Intuition offers another way to explore the decision.

Instead of looking only at what you think about each possibility, you also begin to notice what happens inside you when you consider it.

Does something shift?

Do you feel more open or more contracted?

More settled or more activated?

Does your response change when you adjust part of the decision?

These reactions are not automatically answers. Stress, fear, excitement, expectations, and past experiences can all influence what you feel.

The practice is learning to notice those responses more clearly, understand what may be influencing them, and gradually recognize your own patterns.

Your body does not replace thoughtful decision making.

It gives you another source of information.

What Does a Session Actually Look Like?

1

We begin with something real in your life.

It might be a decision you need to make, an opportunity you are considering, a direction you are questioning, or a situation where you simply cannot tell what you really want.

2

We slow things down

Before trying to find an answer, we bring your attention back into your body.

Through simple guided exercises, you become more aware of what is happening internally and begin to notice sensations and responses that can easily be missed when your mind is busy analyzing.

3

We explore the possibilities

Once you are more connected to your internal experience, we bring the actual decision into the process.

You may consider one possibility, notice what changes, then explore another and compare the response.
Sometimes we adjust one part of a decision and explore it again.
Different timing.
Different people involved.
A different level of commitment.
A different way of approaching it.

Small changes can sometimes reveal important differences in how you respond.

4

We look at what may be influencing the signal

A strong reaction does not automatically mean yes or no.

Fear, stress, excitement, expectations, beliefs, and past experiences can all affect what you feel.

When those influences appear, we can explore them rather than immediately treating them as the answer.

This helps you become more familiar with the difference between a reaction to the situation and a response that feels more deeply connected to what you genuinely want.

5

You learn your own language

There is no universal body signal that means yes or no for everyone.

Part of the practice is discovering how your own system responds.

With experience, you may begin to recognize those patterns more easily and earlier, not only during a session but in everyday life.

I am not there to tell you what your body means or which decision you should make. My role is to guide the exploration so that you can recognize your own answers more clearly.

When Body Intuition Can Be Useful

You do not need to be in crisis to feel uncertain about what comes next.
Sometimes life is working reasonably well, but a question keeps coming back.

A decision that looks good on paper

You are considering a new job, project, move, opportunity, or commitment.

There may be several good reasons to say yes.

And several good reasons to say no.

You have thought about it from every angle, but you still cannot tell what you actually want.

A direction that no longer feels quite right

Nothing is necessarily wrong.

You may even have built a life that once made perfect sense.

But something has shifted, and you are beginning to question whether the direction you have been following still fits who you are now.

Freedom without clarity

You finally have more options, time, or freedom than you used to.

But instead of feeling obvious, the next chapter feels surprisingly unclear.

What do you actually want to do with it?

Too many voices in the decision

What is practical.

What other people expect.

What you have always done.

What seems responsible.

What you think you should want.

Sometimes it becomes difficult to recognize your own response underneath all of that.

A yes that does not feel completely like yes

An opportunity may be exciting and still leave part of you hesitant.

Rather than immediately dismissing the hesitation or assuming it means no, we can explore what is behind it.

Sometimes the decision itself fits.

Something about the way you are approaching it does not.

Body Intuition gives you a place to explore those questions without needing to force an answer.

I’ve had to learn to listen to my own answers too.

My own life has taken several different directions.

I became an entrepreneur as a young adult, and over the years I’ve changed professional directions, explored different ways of living, and chosen a much less conventional life that fits me perfectly.

Those experiences gave me many opportunities to make important decisions about work, lifestyle, priorities, and what I wanted the next part of my life to look like.

Along the way, I learned something that now sits at the heart of Body Intuition.

Being able to explain why a decision makes sense is not the same as knowing that it is right for me.

I’ve learned that I can understand why a choice seems reasonable and still notice that something in me does not fully respond to it.

Paying attention to that difference changed the way I make decisions.

That question led me into years of study and practice around body awareness, intuition, conditioning, communication, presence, and experiential body based practices.

What stayed with me were the approaches that felt grounded, practical, and useful in everyday life.

Learning to recognize my own internal signals has helped me feel calmer, clearer, and better able to notice what genuinely fits me.

Body Intuition grew naturally from that exploration.
Today, my role is not to tell you what decision to make or what your life should look like.
I guide the process, ask questions, and help you slow things down enough to notice your own responses more clearly.
I am not interested in showing you my way. I am interested in helping you hear your own.
